    How long does a project typically take?+

    Most projects are delivered in 4 to 8 weeks. We work in iterations of 1 to 2 weeks, so you always see progress and can adjust.

    What does a project at Voortware cost?+

    Most projects start from €9,500, depending on scope and complexity. We always work with a fixed price. After the intro call we give a concrete estimate.

    Do you only work with companies in Amsterdam?+

    No. We work remotely and serve clients throughout the Netherlands. Our base is Amsterdam, collaboration via video calls and email.

    Can I adjust during the project?+

    Absolutely. Every 1 to 2 weeks a working version. You can give feedback at any time and we'll adjust where needed.

    What if I already have existing software?+

    Fine. We connect AI components and custom work to what you already have: accounting package, CRM, or proprietary systems. Sometimes building alongside is smarter. We advise honestly.

    Do you also build mobile apps?+

    We build web applications that work fully on desktop and mobile. We don't do native apps in principle, but a Progressive Web App is often an excellent alternative.

    What happens after delivery?+

    You get documentation and a handover. For ongoing maintenance we optionally offer a maintenance contract. You're never dependent on us: the code is yours.

    Can you develop existing software further?+

    Sometimes. We first review the technical state. If the foundation is solid, we build on it. Otherwise we advise honestly on the best approach.
