    Where it started.

Premium Yacht Supply sources parts for superyachts from 62 to over 100 metres, from an O-ring to a gearbox, and delivers worldwide.

A chief engineer reports a broken pump. Someone then has to identify the exact model, find suppliers, request quotes, chase replies, compare offers and prepare a proposal. Every step happens by email. Every step takes manual work. Meanwhile, a yacht sitting idle costs money every day.

From separate steps to one system.

    01

From a nameplate to a request

The engineer photographs the equipment nameplate. The system extracts the manufacturer, model and specifications. No more copying part numbers from an oily plate in an engine room.

    02

    Finding and contacting suppliers

The platform finds suppliers for the part and matches its manufacturer against the brands each supplier carries. Requests are sent automatically, with reminders when no reply arrives.

    03

A quote with a separate margin line

The customer sees the supplier price, commission, freight and VAT separately. Approval happens in the portal, followed by purchase orders, tracking, a map view, delivery and invoicing.

    04

    Access belongs to the vessel

Captain and crew each have their own login, but share their vessel’s orders. When the crew changes, the history stays with the ship.

Less manual work. More room to move.

    1

    Reading equipment nameplates

A vision model extracts the manufacturer, model and specifications from a photograph or PDF of the nameplate.

    2

    Turning supplier emails into data

Suppliers reply by email as usual. A model reads the prices and converts them into structured line items. Suppliers do not have to change the way they work.

    3

    Comparing incoming quotes

The system weighs price at 50%, delivery time at 25% and supplier reliability, based on past performance, at 25%.

Procurement that works things out for you.

Suppliers can keep working by email, and customers do not need to know a part number. Manual work is removed exactly where it used to sit: between ‘something is broken’ and ‘here is a quote’. Pricing transparency is built into the software.

    Frequently asked questions

    Anything else on your mind?

About working together, the process and what happens after delivery. Clear answers before we start.

Do you build for sectors outside of technology?

Absolutely. Many of our clients work in sectors such as maritime, recruitment, construction, and professional services. We bring industry knowledge along, but it's not required. We ask the right questions to understand your process.

Do you also work with existing systems?

Yes. We regularly integrate with existing applications: from email systems and CRMs to industry-specific software. If there's an API or export available, we can generally work with it.

How long does a build project typically take?

Simpler projects are usually delivered in 4 to 8 weeks, depending on scope and complexity. For larger systems we build in phases, with a working delivery every 2 to 3 weeks.

    What happens after delivery?

Every project includes 30 days of aftercare. After that you can choose a partner arrangement for further development or maintenance on demand.
