    Where it started.

SelectWiser analyses CVs and cover letters against a specific vacancy, with payment per analysis and no subscription.

Eighty applications for one vacancy. The first twenty get a careful read; the rest get a quick scan. Cover letters are skipped because there is no time. Without anyone intending it, the order of applications starts influencing the decision.

From separate steps to one system.

    01

    An analysis for every candidate

The CV is extracted from its PDF and assessed against the vacancy requirements. Recruiters receive a score, points to investigate and targeted interview questions.

    02

    Pay per analysis

There is no subscription, so the product works for a business hiring once a quarter. Usage tracking, cost monitoring and payments are built into the product.

    03

    Ready for teams

Invite colleagues, process large batches of CVs through a queue and manage retention periods and a processing register for GDPR compliance.

Less manual work. More room to move.

    1

    Matching the actual requirements

Skills, experience and education are weighed against the vacancy text, rather than a generic candidate profile.

    2

    Understanding the cover letter

A second analysis checks whether the motivation actually relates to this role. References to another job or company lower the score. Letters without a concrete connection to the vacancy are flagged, making copied applications easier to spot.

    3

    Interview questions from the gaps

Missing experience and unclear motivation become focused questions for the interview, giving recruiters a way to investigate where the model is uncertain.

    Give recruiters a head start.

The software prepares the decision; the recruiter makes it. The team starts with a fuller picture instead of a pile of documents, and a thoughtful cover letter can stand out among copied applications.

    Frequently asked questions

    Anything else on your mind?

About working together, the process and what happens after delivery. Clear answers before we start.

Do you build for sectors outside of technology?

Absolutely. Many of our clients work in sectors such as maritime, recruitment, construction, and professional services. We bring industry knowledge along, but it's not required. We ask the right questions to understand your process.

Do you also work with existing systems?

Yes. We regularly integrate with existing applications: from email systems and CRMs to industry-specific software. If there's an API or export available, we can generally work with it.

How long does a build project typically take?

Simpler projects are usually delivered in 4 to 8 weeks, depending on scope and complexity. For larger systems we build in phases, with a working delivery every 2 to 3 weeks.

    What happens after delivery?

Every project includes 30 days of aftercare. After that you can choose a partner arrangement for further development or maintenance on demand.
