    Where it started.

Boutique Yacht Management manages yachts from Ibiza, covering charters, crew, maintenance and expenses.

WhatsApp groups, shared spreadsheets and paper checklists. Three parties need different answers: the owner wants to know the cost, the crew needs today’s tasks and the broker wants to know when the vessel is available. All three ask the same person.

From separate steps to one system.

    01

    Six modules in one platform

Charters, crew, maintenance, expenses, broker portals and pre-departure checklists. One connected system rather than six separate tools.

    02

    A portal for every role

Owners, crew, brokers and shipyards have their own entry point and permissions. Everyone sees the information they need.

    03

    Built for life on deck

The crew works on a phone with wet hands, away from a desk. The interface is designed around that reality.

    04

    Expenses with supporting records

Receipts go in; an itemised statement comes out, ready to send to the owner.

Less manual work. More room to move.

    1

From a quick note to a tracked issue

Someone on deck types ‘starboard winch feels stiff’. The system turns that into a structured issue with a useful title and description, ready for follow-up. There is no lengthy form to fill out.

    2

    Maintenance straight from the checklist

Items flagged during a pre-departure check flow into the vessel’s maintenance overview.

One source of truth. Fewer group chats.

Issues that used to disappear in group chats become tasks with a status. When questions arise about expenses or damage, there is a record to consult instead of a chat history to scroll through.

    Frequently asked questions

    Anything else on your mind?

About working together, the process and what happens after delivery. Clear answers before we start.

Do you build for sectors outside of technology?

Absolutely. Many of our clients work in sectors such as maritime, recruitment, construction, and professional services. We bring industry knowledge along, but it's not required. We ask the right questions to understand your process.

Do you also work with existing systems?

Yes. We regularly integrate with existing applications: from email systems and CRMs to industry-specific software. If there's an API or export available, we can generally work with it.

How long does a build project typically take?

Simpler projects are usually delivered in 4 to 8 weeks, depending on scope and complexity. For larger systems we build in phases, with a working delivery every 2 to 3 weeks.

    What happens after delivery?

Every project includes 30 days of aftercare. After that you can choose a partner arrangement for further development or maintenance on demand.
