How long does a build project typically take?
Projects are delivered in 4 to 8 weeks on average, depending on scope and complexity. For larger systems we build in phases, with a working version every 1 to 2 weeks.
Do you work with fixed prices or hourly rates?
We always work with a fixed price, agreed before we start building. That gives you certainty about the budget and gives us the space to build properly.
What does an average project cost?
It varies significantly by scope. A build starts at € 9,500, the same figure as on our pricing page. More complex systems with multiple integrations run up to € 25,000. After the free discovery session you always get a fixed price.
What do I need to provide or arrange myself?
Very little. We need a one-hour working session, access to relevant systems or APIs, and a contact person who can provide feedback. We organise everything else ourselves.
What happens after delivery?
We help your team get started with the new system. After that you can choose a partnership for further development or maintenance on demand.
Do you also work with existing systems?
Yes. We regularly integrate with existing applications: from email systems and CRMs to industry-specific software. If there's an API or export available, we can generally work with it.
Do you build for sectors outside of technology?
Absolutely. Our clients work in sectors such as maritime and recruitment. Industry knowledge helps, but it's not required. We ask the right questions to understand your process.
What does the first meeting look like?
A no-obligation 30-minute introduction, by phone or video. We ask questions about your workflow, pain points, and wishes. After that you'll receive a proposal within 2 working days.
Do you use off-the-shelf AI tools or build custom?
Both, depending on what the situation calls for. Sometimes a smart integration with an existing AI model is the fastest solution. Sometimes we build something fully custom. We always choose the approach that best fits your use case, not the most expensive one.
Is my data safe with you?
Yes. We use encrypted connections, store as little data as possible, and sign a data processing agreement on request. Your business data remains yours.
