For most projects we work with a fixed price per phase. That gives you certainty about the budget and gives us the space to build properly.

It varies significantly by scope. A focused automation or client portal starts around €4,000–€8,000. More complex systems with multiple integrations run up to €15,000–€25,000. After an introductory meeting we always provide a fixed quote.

Very little. We need a one-hour intake session, access to relevant systems or APIs, and a contact person who can provide feedback. We organise everything else ourselves.

Every project includes 30 days of aftercare. After that you can choose a partner arrangement for further development or maintenance on demand.

Yes. We regularly integrate with existing applications: from email systems and CRMs to industry-specific software. If there's an API or export available, we can generally work with it.

Absolutely. Many of our clients work in sectors such as maritime, recruitment, construction, and professional services. We bring industry knowledge along, but it's not required. We ask the right questions to understand your process.
