What drives the price
A single workflow differs from a portal with several user roles and integrations. These are the things we look at together.
Automating one well-defined process is a different project than a portal that ties quotes, orders and invoicing together. The number of steps software has to take over drives most of the price.
A standalone tool is quicker to build than a system that has to talk to your accounting package, CRM or ERP. The better that package's API, the lower the cost of the integration.
An internal dashboard for one team is simpler than a portal where clients, suppliers and staff each have their own permissions and screens.
Adding AI where it measurably helps, reading documents, drafting quotes, answering questions, costs extra development time. We only use it where it actually saves work.
